Setup as a GSFA OpenDoors Participating Lender is a 2-step process, as follows:

  1. Servicer Approval (Gateway Mortgage Group)

    Please Contact GSFA for assistance with this step.


  2. GSFA Approval
    Complete and return to GSFA signed copies of the following documents:
